पोतलदान के बाद आवश्यक
ब्यौरे देते हुए आयातक को
केबिल से सूचना भेजने के
लिए भी सहमत होना चाहिए
और उसकी एक प्रति भारतीय
दूतावास , टोकियो को भेजी
जानी चाहिए । "

"( e) In case the supplier is locat
ed in Japan, the supply con
tract should contain a clause
that the Japanese supp
lier agrees to make shipping
arrangements in consultation
with the Embassy of India ,
Tokyo and that for this
purpose he would keep the
Embassy of India , Tokyo
informed of the delivery sche
dule of the goods involved
and notify the Embassy of
India atleast six wceks in ad
vance of the shipping requir
ed so that suitable arrange
ments could be made .
In exceptional cases, where
the Indian importer require
it , this period of notice may
be reduced . I The Japanese
supplier should also agree to
send a cable advice to the
importer after each ship
ment giving the necessary
details and a copy thereof
should be sent to the Em
bassy of India, Tokyo. "
